RESPOSTAS DO TREINAMENTO DE MODERADA INTENSIDADE COMBINADO À HIPÓXIA SOBRE PARÂMETROS DE CARGA INTERNA E SATURAÇÃO DE O2 DE REPOUSO EM CONVALESCENTES DA COVID-19: ESTUDO AEROBICOVID

Resumo


Objetivo: Investigar as respostas do treinamento em bicicleta ergométrica associado à hipóxia sobre parâmetros de carga interna e na saturação sanguínea de oxigênio (SpO2) de repouso de pessoas convalescentes da covid-19. Método: Quantificação da carga interna (frequência cardíaca, percepção subjetiva de esforço e SpO2). Resultados: A SpO2 e os demais parâmetros foram alterados conforme a exposição à hipóxia. Considerações finais: A SpO2 de repouso apresentou recuperação apenas no grupo hipóxia.
